The Third Annual Resource Faire for Famil/ies of Children with Disabilities is scheduled from 10:am to 2p.m., Saturday, October 8, at Bethune Middle School, 155 W. 69TH St.,
in South Los Angeles.
The festivities will include exibits, vendors, student entertainment and refreshments. The Resource Faire is a "One Stop Location" for families of students with disabilities to receive information from various LAUSD offices, as well as community and nonprofit agencies.
The LAUSD Division of Special Education, in collaboration with the Community Advisory Committee, the Special Education Multicultural Advisory Committee and the Division of Adult Education, is sponsoring the event.
