For those interested in trying out for the 2021-2022 Girls/Boys Volleyball Program, please start by filling out this form below at chatsworthvolleyball.weebly.com.  After filling out the form, you will need to register at athleticclearance.com to begin clearance.   You will need to upload all paperwork online before attending tryouts!  Players will need a negative COVID Test and Daily Pass to enter the school.  For any questions or concerns email sina[email protected]
