Memoir It was after a track meet and a friend of mine visiting from New Jersey borrowed Mike's scooter and promptly ran it into a brick wall! Mike wasn't nearly as upset about the situation as my friend was.



It was one of those "you've got to be kidding" moments when my friend told me what he had done.
