Right-hander Christian Lopez (5-1) pitched a two-hitter and struck out seven batters and first baseman Steven Karkenny was three for three to lead the Chancellors (18-3) over Narbonne, 3-1, today in a Chatsworth tournament game.

 

Karkenny, right, scored a run and center fielder Aaron Brown had a run-scoring triple.

 

Junior Varsity: The Chancellors beat Kennedy, 9-2, in a nonleague game at Birmingham High. Right-hander Chris Schraut went the distance and right fielder Tim Han, second baseman Justin Vega and first baseman Mark Fierro each had two hits.
