Chancellors left-handed pitcher and outfielder Aaron Brown, who is headed for his senior season in 2011, has committed to attend Pepperdine.

 

Brown enjoyed a productive August on the showcase circuit, playing in the Under Armor All-American game at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, and in the Area Code Games at Long Beach's Blair Field.

 

Playing for the Milwaukee Brewers' White team at the Area Code Games, Brown led the tournament with eight hits in 15 at-bats. He was four for four in one game and struck out five batters in two innings in another game.
