The Chancellors continue West Valley League play Tuesday by playing host to Cleveland in the first of three -- rather than the usual two -- league games this week. Chatsworth plays at Granada Hills on Thursday and at home Friday against Taft. All games are at 3 p.m.

 

Chancellors (22-2 overall, 9-1 in WVL play): They are coming off a 6-0 win at Birmingham, their third consecutive shutout victory.

 

Cleveland (18-6, 5-5): The Cavaliers reached .500 in league play with a 4-1 win at Granada Hills on Thursday... They lost to Chatsworth, 5-3 and 5-2, on March 21 and 23.

 

Granada Hills (11-11-1, 3-7): The Highlanders slipped into a tie for fourth place in league with the loss to Cleveland on Friday... They lost to Chatsworth, 7-0 and 6-2, on March 27 and 30.

 

Taft (5-16, 1-9): The Toreadors were swept by El Camino Real last week... They lost to Chatsworth, 7-0 and 12-1, on April 6 and 7.
