Each spring, the CHS PTSA acknowledges our Golden State Seal Merit Diploma recipients.  The Merit Diploma is awarded to California High School students who have successfully earned a score of at least 370 on six or more California Standards Tests in the areas of Math, English Language Arts, Science and Social Science.  These students receive a gold embossed California Golden State Seal insignia affixed to their high school diploma as well as a duplicate insignia for their official transcripts.

The 2011 class valedictorians pictured are representative of the nearly 100 Golden State Seal Merit Scholars Chatsworth High School recognized this year.  Congratulations Chancellors on this significant academic accomplishment.
