Right-hander Daniel Simmons, who last season had a 6-0 record with the Chancellors, has made the roster of the UC San Diego Tritons.
Simmons was a second-team All-West Valley League selection last season. He had four shutouts to help the Chancellors set a team season record with 13 shutouts.
