<font color="#f26100">Chancellors to Play at UCLA, USC</font>

THIS WEEK: The Chancellors head for two games on neutral sites when they travel to UCLA (top photo) to play Palos Verdes today at 4 p.m. and to USC (bottom photo) to play Kennedy on Thursday at 6 p.m. Chatsworth will play host to Narbonne on Saturday at 11 a.m. All are nonleague games.
 
ABOUT CHATSWORTH: The Chancellors (3-2) are coming off a 5-1 loss to Chaminade on Saturday in the fifth-place game of the Easton tournament. It is the first time the Chancellors have lost two games this early in a season since 1997, when they started with three losses. A look back at when the Chancellors lost their second game in each of the previous nine seasons: (1998) 15th game; (1999) 11th; (2000) 28th; (2001) 26th; (2002) 21st; (2003) lost only once; (2004) undefeated; (2005) 24th; (2006) 20th.
 
ABOUT PALOS VERDES: The Sea Kings (4-1) are coming off a 5-3 loss to West Torrance on Saturday in the El Segundo tournament.
 
SERIES VERSUS PALOS VERDES: Chatsworth and Palos Verdes have never played.
 
ABOUT KENNEDY: The Cougars (4-2) are coming off an 11-1 victory over North Hollywood Campbell Hall on Saturday in the Royal tournament.
 
SERIES VERSUS KENNEDY: Since 1980, the Chancellors are 24-17-1 against the Cougars. Kennedy won the last meeting, 4-2, in the City Section final last season.
 
ABOUT NARBONNE: The Gauchos (2-3) are coming off a 10-1 loss to Cerritos Gahr on Saturday in the El Segundo tournament.
 
SERIES VERSUS NARBONNE: Since 1980, the Chancellors are 3-0 against the Gauchos. Chatsworth won the last meeting, 12-4, last season.
 
DIRECTIONS TO UCLA’S JACKIE ROBINSON STADIUM: From Chatsworth High, drive north on De Soto Avenue to the 118 Freeway and proceed east to the 405 Freeway. Take the 405 Freeway south and exit on Sunset Boulevard. Turn right onto Church Street (first light off freeway). Turn right onto Sepulveda Boulevard. Drive about one mile. Turn right onto Constitution Avenue. Stadium is on right-hand side, about 500 feet down the road.
 
DIRECTIONS TO USC’S DEDEAUX FIELD: From Chatsworth High, drive north on De Soto Avenue to the 118 Freeway and proceed east to the 405 Freeway. Take the 405 Freeway south to the 10 Freeway east. Exit right on Vermont Avenue and proceed to Jefferson Boulevard and turn left. Paid-parking lot is at the corner (right-hand side).
 
LAST WEEK’S RECAP: The Chancellors opened the week with a 12-8 loss at Calabasas on Monday, defeated Hart, 9-0, on Thursday and lost to Chaminade on Saturday.
 
HOME-FIELD ADVANTAGE: Since 2000, the Chancellors are 107-6 at Chatsworth Ballpark, a .947 winning percentage. They are 1-1 in 2007.
 
ROAD WARRIORS: Since 2000, the Chancellors are 64-9 away from home, an .877 winning percentage. They are 2-1 in 2007.
 
SWITZERLAND FACTOR: Since 2000, the Chancellors are 40-5 on neutral fields, an .889 winning percentage. They have not played on a neutral field in 2007.
 
CHANCELLORS VERSUS SOUTHERN SECTION: Since 2000, the Chancellors are 43-4 against schools from the section, a .915 winning percentage. They are 3-2 in 2007.
 
JV: The Chancellors (4-1), coming off an 8-7 loss at Chaminade, play host to Alemany today at 3 p.m. and to Kennedy on Thursday at 3 p.m. Chatsworth defeated Alemany in the season opener, 4-1.
