THIS WEEK: Coach Tom Meusborn (second from left in photo) and the Chancellors continue West Valley League play with a road game against Taft today at 3 p.m. and a home game against the Toreadors on Thursday at 3 p.m. The Chancellors are off Saturday because they leave Sunday for the Las Vegas Durango tournament that runs April 2-4.

ABOUT CHATSWORTH: The Chancellors (8-3, 2-0 in WVL) are coming off a 4-0 victory over Santa Barbara on Saturday in a Chatsworth tournament game.... Senior third baseman Matt Dominguez had hits in five consecutive plate appearances, including three home runs, before the streak ended in his second at-bat against Santa Barbara.
