MISSION HILLS -- The Chancellors blew a three-run cushion in the first inning and lost to host Alemany, 9-3, in an Easton tournament game today.
Chatsworth (2-1) jumped ahead on senior right fielder Andy Weissberg's two-run home run in the first inning and went into the sixth inning tied, 3-3. But Alemany got a two-out grand slam in the sixth inning to break open the game.
The Chancellors had three hits in the first inning and two hits the rest of the way.
JV: The Chancellors lost to Alemany, 6-2, at Chatsworth.
