LAS VEGAS -- Senior left-hander Michael Renner (right) struck out 13 batters and the Chancellors defeated Santana of Santee, Calif., 4-1, tonight in a Las Vegas Durango tournament game.

 

Renner (5-0) gave up four hits and has struck out 26 batters in his last two outings.

 

The Chancellors (15-1) got doubles from senior right fielder Andy Weissberg and senior catcher Carlos Escobar Jr.

 

Chatsworth plays Las Vegas High on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at Durango High.
