Sophomore right fielder Kevin Siegel (right) hit a three-run home run, freshman third baseman Ernesto Prado had three hits and drove in three runs, and the Chatsworth JV defeated Cleveland, 10-7, on Tuesday in a City Section semifinal playoff game at Chatsworth.

 

The defending City champions advanced to play West Valley League rival El Camino Real in the title game Thursday at Chatsworth at 3 p.m.

 

Sophomore shortstop Chris Carlin and freshman designated hitter Kiefer Kofman each had two hits for the Chancellors. Junior left-hander Brett Voets picked up the victory with relief help from sophomore right-hander Angel Rodriguez.
