The Chatsworth Charter High School Booster Club is a parent-run, non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to enhance the learning environment for all students at Chatsworth Charter High School, by supporting academics, arts, athletics, drama, music and technology.
Through annual fundraising efforts such as the membership campaign and the spring pancake breakfast the Booster Club is able to donate to programs that directly benefit the student body. The Booster Club depends on the generous contributions of parents, volunteer organizations, and members of the community, who value excellence in public education.
The Booster Club meets monthly to receive and fund requests from students, staff and parents at the school. These are fun, lively meetings and all are welcome to attend. Please bring a friend!

Does Booster award student Scholarships?
Yes! Must be a member. Students can earn scholarships and financial awards through Local competitions.
What is the a Booster Club?

Our local booster provides many educational and social programs to benefit students and families as well as to support teachers in the classroom.
If I join the, do I have to volunteer?
NO! While we depend on volunteers to run our programs and we greatly appreciate their time, we understand that not all families have this flexibility. By joining, your membership dues help support our programs.
Do Booster Board Members or volunteers get paid?
NO! Board Members and volunteers give their time to help the students, staff and community. We welcome anyone who is willing to assist. Our volunteers work very hard to promote a comfortable atmosphere for learning.
Why should all join?
We encourage all community members to join, attend meetings, and volunteer for activities.
How many Booster clubs can I join and do I have to pay dues to each one?
You may join as many as you like (e.g. preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school.) Your voice is important in each school building. You have to pay full dues to each organization you join.
I do not like fundraisers but I would like to support. What can I do?
You may make a tax-deductible contribution anytime during the year. Since the Booster is a 501(c)3 organization you may also request a matching donation from your employer. We run fundraiser each year and our budget is based on what we are able to raise at that time.
How do I know that funds are being used for our children?
Any parent, care giver, or community member is welcome to participate in ALL events/meetings. Our records ae not confidential and we would provide documentation on how our funds are distributed.
What is the best way to receive information and to find out what is happening?
Aside from attending General Membership Meetings, the best way to receive information is to sign up for our remind and email posts.
How do I sign up to volunteer?
There are opportunities to volunteer both inside and outside of the building. Booster and volunteer opportunities will be available for every possible time consideration throughout the year. Please express any specific area you feel your talents could be utilized. You may also need to be a LAUSD approved volunteer for some of our volunteer opportunities. reach out to the Parent Center for more information.
