To students, parents and community, your sons and daughters can choose to enroll in a machine shop class here at Chatsworth, once enrolled the students will learn all about the general application of machines like the drill press, band saw, knee mill, lathe and a newly installed HAAS TMP-1 and Fadal CNC vertical mill. There is a big emphasis on safety, quailty and teamwork as students learn how to handle,cut and finish the various projects they must make.


Any student with a desire to learn about manufacturing can draw from my twenty plus years working as a general and CNC machinist and eleven years of teaching high school, ten of which have been here at Chatsworth High School.
